Univercells S.A., a Belgian biotech company dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to biologics everywhere in the world, announced today that RLM Consulting SRL joined the Group as a new affiliate. RLM Consulting is a Belgian-based company that was created in 2006 and that provides regulatory affairs support at all stages of the medicinal product development, from discovery research through preclinical and clinical testing, up to and beyond submission of the dossier required for marketing authorization.

Like the other affiliates of Univercells Group, RLM Consulting will continue to conduct its activities on an autonomous basis. Mr. René Mignolet, RLM Consulting’s founder will thus stay onboard to run the company’s day-to-day business activities as Head of Operations. RLM Consulting’s mission also remains unchanged, but thanks to the association between the companies, RLM Consulting will be able to offer its customers access to new services including Univercells’ expertise in manufacturing process design and testing of investigational medicinal products. As an international reference in regulatory affairs, RLM Consulting's unique know-how will accelerate the development of Univercells’ projects, including those of its affiliates.
