Unizima delivers international project management of technology transfer, alongside operational support services (quality, supply chain, digital) and bioproduction training programs, as well as care centers and diagnostics surveillance centers.

Quantoom Biosciences is reinventing mRNA production by developing an mRNA production platform (NfinityTM) from sequence up to mass production.

RLM Consulting thanks to a substantial knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a strong scientific background, RLM Consulting provides international regulatory affairs support at all stages of product development, from discovery research through preclinical and clinical testing, up to and beyond submission of the dossier for marketing authorization.

MISSION

Within Univercells, you will be part of the Global Engineering team who is responsible for engineering expertise, methodology and facility & technical asset management of Univercells Group worldwide.

As Facilities and Asset Manager, you will join a collaborative team full of passionate change-maker, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You will be the representative for all missions and projects related to Univercells Group facilities & technical asset management.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deploy the Technical Asset Management strategy in line with UNVC Group Good Engineering Practices.
  • Define and continuously improve Facilities methodologies and act as ambassador of Good Engineering Practices awareness across the organization worldwide.
  • Lead and/or contribute to infrastructure projects (new installations, new buildings, etc.).
  • Be the Facility engineering expert (SME) for UNVC Group.
  • Build synergies between local technical services, lab support and office management teams.
  • Support and align Asset Management with Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Support the sustainability program by leading action plans to reduce Univercells environmental footprint.
  • Write and/or approve any document related to her/his domain of expertise (SOP, design specifications, training, installation reports...).
  • Build a reliable Facility network (suppliers, experts) and strong partnerships.
  • Support/contribute to continuous improvement of existing ways of working.
  • Facilitate the handover of new installations to local teams.



REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical related specialization, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in a quality-oriented and manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of biotech facilities systems and/or Technical Services department is a plus.
  • High level of initiative combined with strong leadership and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, autonomous and solution focused.
  • Willing to work in an international context, interested by inter-cultural challenges.
  • Fluent in English and French.
