YOUR MISSION


As Product Marketing Manager, you will be working on all aspects of content and (digital) marketing.Defining, and implementing marketing campaigns to support business objectives in term of awareness, activation, sales, and retention. 


This will includecontent creation and delivery across a variety of online and offline channelsand formats:  thought leadership, scientific publications, congress presentations and workshops, direct e-mailings, …


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Deliver on Marketing-related items of our products under development, in close collaboration with Product Managers: Target market definition & segmentation, Value proposition, Pricing, etc.
  • Lead product marketing roadmaps and create subsequent materials and campaigns promoting the company’s products and services
  • Contribute to the content marketing strategy to reach Univercells’ target customers and achieve marketing & sales objectives
  • Steer content creation and copywriting as per the product and content marketing roadmaps, focusing on scientific and technical content (e.g., thought leadership articles, scientific publications, infographics, podcasts, webinars, panels, etc.)
  • Drive co-promotion plans with key external partners, including scooting and selection of collaboration opportunities, crafting of joint value proposition and messages, content creation and delivery (publications, webinars, presentations…)
  • Plan and coordinate Univercells’ active participation to key scientific committees, maximize contribution and visibility via workshops and presentations, prepare support material
  • Deploy the appropriate process, materials, and training plan to support and train internal and external sales channels and ensure smooth delivery of the company’s message
  • Working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the successful delivery of campaigns across various channels 
  • Report performances and monitor budgets to ensure effectiveness of activity and ROI



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degreein Marketing or Business Administration with Marketing orientation. Extra degree in biology, biotechnology, or bioprocessingat largeis a strong plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharma& biotech industryand/or technology-driven environment 
  • Demonstrated experience in (product) marketingis a must
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and synthetic thinking.
  • Being up to date with last technology trends
